Character Tool 1.0 Development Release Build 13

Build 13 of Character Tool is available.

This build has a lot of bug fixes in it. The biggest change is support for the full MT macro button (colors, font, groups, hotkeys, everything), This allowed me to implement Veggiesama's campaign framework for 4e which is also released here.

The full list of changes is below.
  • Refactored startup to share code between CT, IT, & Game Settings Tool
  • Upgraded to latest MT macro format.
  • Added support into CT for editing MT macros.
  • Added default values to property descriptors.
  • Caching of property tables.
  • CharSheetTable now supports enabling editing a column at the row level.
  • Fixed bug when loading non-RPTools source files.

Works great! Now to finish off the modifiers.rpdat and send it your way and we should be sitting at like 70-75% of the compendium. Missing everything past Arcane Power.

EDIT: I just tried it using Veggie's framework and there are some problems. It is messing up the equipped item by adding a { at the end of the name so no power will work if you equip an weapon. Second it does not check the correct parameters. i.e. Vs and Proficiency and Damage. Also, the colors are not coming thru. However, this gets you a character that is 80% done out the gate.
