MapTool 1.2 Development Release Build 4

This is a patch release to fix a critical bug in 1.2b3. It also picks up a couple tweaks/features that had been implemented since the last build:

Build 4 (1/15/2007)
* Fix bug: save the paint texture image to the campaign file
* Improve campaign load times slightly
* Add token/stamp image flipping to popup menu
* Clarify button text on New Map dialog: Browse => Filesystem, Explorer => Image Explorer

Heh, yeah I sleep. This is only working 1.5-2 hours a night, imagine if I didn't have to sleep

I am on surgery recover, I can sleep in if I want. Normally I would be snoring right now.
