We have added 3 more art packs to the list of available downloads in Maptool 1.3B60+

You can get these simply by going to:
File -> Add to Resource Library and click on the red gear.

You will see the following 3 additions on the list:

Devin Night's Tokens (a glorious amount of miniatures hand drawn by him)
Steel General's Sewer Tiles (great tile pack to quickly setup a sewer scene)
Torstan's Basic Map Set (4 maps hand drawn by him)

I personally want to thank them all for making these available to us and the MT user base. Hopefully in return you can visit their websites and send some love their way as a thank you. You can find a flier in their library folder after it is downloaded. Just drag it to your map as an object or background to read.

Our thanks go out to the three of you and by all means, keep em coming!

Is anyone else having this issue?

It might be due to the configuration of my office network ... I just tried listing the MT servers in "connect ..." and had just the same error.

I don't have the issue (I'm DL'ing Devin's tokens right now), so it may be a network configuration as Natha says.

Natha, it must be your work firewall. Since release yesterday, the packs have been downloaded some 60+ times already.

Yep that's it. Something has changed in my office FW as I could at least list servers last time I tried.
And now I'm at home, downloading all the art packs ...

Not bad! So far, in roughly 4 days time, the art packs have been downloaded some 300 times!

In maptools, click File | Add Resource to Library
In the popup, click on the left side the red button with the sword hilt.
Click "Devin Token Library (82 mb)" and it will hilight
Click the Install >> button and it will dowload.

It takes awhile and the popup will hide behind MT if you click something else, but reducing the windows and you'll see the popup again. It will auto install.

I also noticed the link http://library.rptools.net/1.3/artpacks ... tokens.zip but I haven't tried to download from it directly.

Do them one at a time. I had problems when I tried to do them all at once.

It would be nice to have a link or something to preview the content before we download it. Say, it's not a problem with size except for the 82 Mb one.

Especially if this is going to be a trend and people start adding lots of them, and many are large.

What version of maptool do you need to download the resources? I have b50 and I don't have a red gear or anything like it when I go to File|Add to Resource Library.
