Stamps & Background tiles are using Token preferences

Post by Phergus »

Stamps & Background tiles are using Token preferences. Yes, I am aware that internally Stamps are Tokens but that is an internal programming concept while in the UI they have different tools and are mostly separated in the Prefs panel.

* Stamps are picking up Tokens visibility setting. I would bet that the vast majority of the time Object & Background stamps should default to Visible but if you have new tokens set to not be visible the stamps do the same thing.

* They are picking up the Token Numbering which doesn't really matter but it is kinda silly.

Also the layers are now called Object and Background which seems like good names for them but the Preferences still has Stamps and Backgrounds and the tool for manipulating them is the Stamp tool.

I would suggest changing the text of the Preferences dialog to Object Stamps and Background Stamps.

Further follow up.

It does happen with the current repo but you probably already discovered that.
