So does MapTool 1.2 Development Release Build 22 mean last build or is there one more build?

Depends on how many bugs you guys find with this release :)

I expect I'll do another build this weekend, and will hopefully be the Release Candidate

Hey Trevor

that thing is still happening..... Teehee, sorry that's not very descriptive is it...

it's that funny 59.9 measurement when drawing with snap to grid - I've added a screenshot to my gallery:

http://gallery.rptools.net/d/11857-1/weird.jpg

same settings as before.

Uh Oh - I'll have to take back some of the things I've said.... All is not fixed, but it IS workable for this week's game.

If you still have my campaign file, you can see the issue.

Step
1) Load file
2) Validate that drawing works (select pen and draw a line)
3) Notice that all maps have been duplicated (2 of each)
4) Delete a duplicate map.
5) Rename the remaining map (remove "copy of")
6) Validate that Drawing mode is now broken again.

So as long as I don't delete duplicate maps or rename them, I'm OK for this week.

BTW, if I delete all duplicates and rename them, save the campaign, then re-open the campaign, the maps all duplicate themselves AGAIN!

Not complaining, just reporting a bug. Keep up the great work!

Ahh, ok, I know what the problem is. I was being naive in my solution. I'll tweak it for 1.2b23 which will be out this weekend

Took a look at this one. The problem is in the precision of the calculation from the screen coordinate to the zone coordinate. The tricky part is that it will take some code reshuffling to get it more accurate. The tools are due for a rework in this area, which will make zooming and panning while drawing work correctly. I think we'll have to live with the .1 precision issue until 1.3 :P
