MapTool 1.1 Development Release Build 4

Whew, just a day after the last build :)

* Bug fix for nasty performance issue
* Fix scaling on facing arrow

I definitely found it this time, without question.

Also, I fixed up the facing arrow so that it scales correctly. It still isn't perfect, a work in progress, but now it should be more useable :)
