Have not yet had much time to test this out.

Only things I have noticed was when importing from b20, was that some of the objects where resized.

Otherwise nothing major!

HEHEHEHE I finally got to do a test last night with 2 of my players. I am finally going to be running my Cormyr Campaign. I was walking through the tool with then to show them and build support for doing a VTT.

We found a couple of interesting issues. Maybe!

I had a token that right clicked then set to hidden. When I did that I lost the token access through the pointer tool on the map it self. I had to go to the browser on the left hand side and set it to not hidden.

Another funny thing was, if a player happened to move into an area with topology he would disappear to the player. I (GM) still could get to him though.

Last thing is there a way to stop players from adding stuff from list of tokens and textures to the map?

Over all it was a good session. For the 2 hours we spent getting up to speed. It helped me get up to speed with MAPTool and DMGenie to run a combat.

the disapearing player i reported, thats how it is to work, it is like he is standing INSIDE the object, i try to get the movement blocking layer brought up the wall of feature but still way down there.

Not currently (that I know of).

I would just ask my players to open a second instance of MapTool if they wanted to play around with tokens and simply not connect that MapTool instance to the server...

Might not be a bad feature to add in options at a later date though

Interesting problem- I'm not sure. If you somehow switched what layer it was on, that would create the problem you're talking about. I'm really not sure- I've never had that problem.

Did you set it as Hidden in Token States? In this case the token should have aqquired a transparent grey overlay, but not lost connection with the tool.

Or did you move the token to the layer Hidden? In this case you have to choose the Hidden layer in stead of the Token layer - then you should be able to manipulate the token again.

Trevor- How many sizes are supposed to be listed in the Size menu when you right click on a token? I am using b24. The wilderness map that I made in b19 or b20 is only giving me medium, large, and giant. The tokens in the Dungeon board that I made in b20 are giving me a huge list(8 or 9 different sizes). There was another map that allowed me the big list too. When I make a new map in b24 the tokens are just giving me the 3 sizes as well. I am trying to reshoot the token tutorial and was wondering how it was supposed to be working.
