MapTool 1.1 Development Release Build 7

Here it is, the next release. This version adds a couple new features.

NOTE: this is very much a development release, with the expectation that you all will help guide the next steps of the development by using it and providing feedback, this release more than previously:

* Introduce screenshot export (ftp only)
* Token properties popup rebuild
* Hex snap-to-grid added

NOTE:
The hex snapping still has some slight precision issues on the horizontal axis. Improvements to follow.

The FileChooser is being stubborn about being embedded in the Export dialog, which is why local file saving was not included in this release. But it will be functional with build 8.
