We need to get these notes into formal documentation so they aren't lost

Trevor, do you want these comments (including mine!) split into a separate topic and this thread kept for testing and bug reports?

I was going to go ahead and do it, but then thought you might have a preference on it...

Woooohooo!

Man I'm excited about this. I won't get a chance to touch it until tonight, but man I'm excited!

BUG: I thought the listGet() was going to be "fixed" this build so that you could use char as to separator. To do something list this...

Code: Select all

[Dice = "2d6"]
[NumberOfDice = listGet(Dice, 0, "d")]
[SizeOfDice = listGet(Dice, 1, "d")]
But for some reason first one returns nothing and the second one returns d?? I did a little more testing and it seems like it uses the numbers as the separator instead of the d??

Hmm....

Natha, you seem to have a bug in your build that causes the text to be displayed in some foreign language, possibly French, but I'm no expert on French*....I hope that doesn't affect my build! :twisted: :twisted: :wink:

All kidding aside, that's awesome sauce right there.

*After all two years of high school French in a small town in Kentucky hardly led me to pay attention. I only took French because I heard there were more girls in the class--not that I actually had the courage to TALK to any of them....

Ooch ... sorry, that's quite NOT polite to post in a foreign language to demonstrate how cool are the new features ... :oops:

Basically, it's an D&D4E impersonate panel with macros organized as this :
- Basic : Initiative / Apply Damage / Apply Healing
- Checks : Skills / Attributes / Save
- Powers : Basic attacks (grey) / At will (green) / Encounter (red) / Daily (gray)
- Misc : Spend an Action Point / Short rest / Extended rest
I hope that doesn't affect my build!
Blame (his Awesome Greatness Overlord) Trevor & co about it if it happens in your game :lol:

Well, I took 4 years in German class for the same reasons as yours for french and I'm not able even to ask my way to the nearest beer bar ... a shame ... sometimes you cath on a foreign language ... sometimes on the girls :lol:

Nah, I was just messing with you....after all, my avatar is from a comic and there he's an evil warlock who enjoys tormenting innocent souls. It seems I have succeeded. :lol:

My work here is done! :twisted:

Actually I prefer it on the announce thread, that way they don't get separated from each other.

Okay, I'll lock this one then. It seemed to be all comments and no bug reports. :)
