This is mostly a polish and bug fix release:
Build 23 (10/07/06)
* Stamp and FoW tools are disabled when not a GM
* Move all overlays over the fow (specifically the pointer tool)
* Allow drawings to go over the bounded map's borders
* Fix stamp facing reverts to pointer tool bug
* Preferences: Stamps/backgrounds start snap to grid and freesize
* Fix several delayed rendering issues (ex: fullscreen token move not updating)
* Strip alpha channel from background images (improves loading and rendering speed)
* Fix bug: changing token properties of a stamp reverts it back to a token
* Token tree panel: allow selecting more than one at a time
* Token tree panel: double clicking a stamp or background correctly takes you to the stamp tool
* Token tree panel: double clicking a regular token changes you to the Pointer tool
* Put campaign loading into background thread so that UI doesn't freeze up

MapTool 1.1 Development Release Build 23
Dreaming of a 1.3 release
The new preferences, they don't do what they say they do. If they are checked they say they will start freesize, but they don't. If they are unchecked they do. Maybe I'm just reading wrong but uh...
Related, when you rotate an object in freesize, then resize it, you can make that border do some pretty funky tricks. Especially when you switch back to Medium size.
