InitTool 0.1 Development Release Build 9

Post by jay »

Build 9 of init tool is now available. I made some bug fixes, added a view only version of the index card, and started on the phases support. Detailed list of changes:
  • Adding phase support to settings.
  • Fixed timer display on list view to match the one on the table view.
  • Fixed bug where timer changes were not reflected in the combatants attached to them on the encounter display
  • Fixed bug that stopped hidden items from being shown when requested.
  • Added create alarm button to edit creatures dialog.
  • Added phase support to the edit item dialog
  • Fixed spacing problem in creature/alarm catagory editor.
  • Fixed bug where version was not showing up in about dialog.
  • Added index card view mode.
Try out the new index view and tell me what you think. Does it function and look good? Is it better or worse than the list and table view modes? Are ther any changes I can add that will make it work better?

Note that I have only added the ability to define the phases, but you can't use them yet. This is taking longer to do than I originally figured, and I needed to get some bug fixes and the index card view out. I will probably continue working on this for the next couple of builds.

Maybe it is me but I am having an odd issue with Timer not being in proper order or even displaying on the cards. It is probably me.

I sent you the file Jay so check your e-mail. Let me know if it is an id10t error.

NOTE: I was opening an old saved file though from last version - could that be it? (note though that there were no timers on the orginal save - I added them while I was testing)

Man, I would give anything to be able to fill in that Custom Proterties area with notes and such ;)
