I use this program all the time during game and when I prep my games.

It allows me to draw a box around screen information and makes it into a graphic image file. I then take that file, drop it into Maptool and display it to the players as a map. It works great for pictures of monsters, street level pictures of cities/terrain, whatever.. The program does a lot more too.
