Re: Another two packs - an ice field and a river of lava
I started mapping a new adventure yesterday and used the Arena of Fire pack that I bought some time ago.
In the maptool campaign file, I'm surprised by the VBL : the square "columns" with glyphs on top of them are completely surrounded by VBL, so the inside is completely invisible to the players.
Is it intentional ?

Yes the VBL is designed for characters at ground level. Would you prefer cross shaped VBL on these so that the players can get an idea of what's on the pillar but not be able to see past it?

I would and that's how I modified it myself.torstan wrote:Would you prefer cross shaped VBL on these so that the players can get an idea of what's on the pillar but not be able to see past it?
But I don't know the primary goal of this map, what's the story behind it so ...

As a map pack the primary goal is whatever you want it to be
Initially it was designed for an adventure where teams battled it out in an arena in a capture the flag style game. Hence the tree and basket tokens. I'll update the pack with cross shaped VBL on those. Thanks for the suggestion.
