Search the forum for "d20pro". It's been discussed here, I believe; I know I've seen it on the other forums I visit.

I use it, but it is designed with d20 3.5E in mind and trying to add other RPGs is a hack. It has a nice UI and is built using JAVA, but other than that I think MapTool is better in every respect. They still do not have automatic clearing of FoW.
