I noticed you have fiducials that you can use, could those be used for tracking minis or is the optic lens not good enough?

Yes, it is our goal to make a version of a RPG-support tool that will see and track the minis and allow you to do range and movement from a radial menu around the mini.

Not sure if we would start from MapTool for that, or make something light and simple of our own, or, we have also had some contact from these guys: roll20.net whose tool looks very nice, but not multi-touch (ye!)

I see you made your target. Yay!

I am sure it was my couple of pennies that made all the difference

Thanks to all in the MapTool community for your enthusiasm for Playsurface. The Kickstarter is funded and we are working on a website for the technology. For anyone who missed the Kickstarter, there will be ordering information up soon. Our first goal is to get the kickstarter backers covered, then the world (and containing multiverse)!

Thanks again!
