I found it really useful - often times I have no problems coming up with monsters or making them work correctly. I seem to have a little more trouble as my players are getting more levels and they're spending more time in the arenas... putting together the perfect bad guy looks like it'll be a bit easier by moving through here. Hopefully more people can contribute and the variations of the nonstandard classes will increase!
