It's called DnD Wiki and there's a bunch of homebrew and SRD content for Dungeons and Dragons. It also has the MSRD and homebrew stuff for D20 Modern. My favorite race and class is the Nekomimi and the Brawler.

Munchkin alert!!! The wiki's kinda cool- a little TOO homebrewed for my tastes (i.e. unbalanced, like the brawler's "fair fight ability") but some cool concepts none the less.
