Not for me. It goes to Thomas Chapman youtube page. Maybe you have to be signed in to youtube?

I signed out of youtube and the link still worked for me. But an alternate way to find them is search "thomas chapman maptool" on youtube. That put their videos at the top of the results list.

Indeed! Link works on my phone but not on my iPad... Weird
