Targeting enemy token

I would like to know if there is a way to target an enemy with an attack/damage macro and apply the rolled damage.
Example:

Dwarf fighter token has a macro for the Cleave Power that rolls the attack and damage. I would like to also select a target and applied the rolled damage to it with this one macro.

Is this even possible?

Currently? Not that I know of. In the future this should become possible. I know it is a much requested ideal for a variety of reasons, although some people aren't too keen on it...
