Here's the campaign file with the new initiative deck and some tokens. The important macros for init are Next! and SortInit

Here's a screen shot with the player tokens selected. I'm in the process of moving the token macros over to the Lib:GM token. Currently the Fox token has most of the macros present on it. Gar Ironhelm has some calls to Lib:GM
The init process is as follows. Each player runs the GetInit macro. The GM runs it for each NPC he wants on the init panel (recommend doing one per similar group and one for each WildCard NPC).
The DM sorts the init panel with the SortInit Macro and then runs Next! to cycle through the round. At the end of the round the Next! macro reshuffles the remaining cards and resets the Deck if there has been a Joker pulled.
