Is it really works?

i never been run successfully this program for D&D 4th ruleset.
it always show error window. just like this:

java.lang.IllegalstateException: Could not load functions
(and there is no additional information in console window.)

and in addition, i can see other error windows if i select Savage Worlds, or d20 3.5.(other messages)

after charactertool support D&D 4th, it never been works for me and my friends(all of them). and that is not only just charactertool. inittool is too. same problem.

here is some information about current situations.

1. charactertool was downloaded and fully installed.
2. i'm(and team members) not english windows user.
3. meta data's location is "C:\Documents and Settings\EarthCrash\.chartool".
4. D&D4th file is exist in meta data location.

is there any solution for me?(and my team)

I am not sure what the problem may be. Did you download the zip file or did you use Web Start to download Character tool? Sometimes there is a problem when running Web Start where files can't be read properly. I would also try to reset CT (Help->Reset Character Tool) and then download the zip file again.

downloaded zip. and was reset CT. that wasn't solve the problem.
i wonder why anyone not mention about this.
Is it really suffering only to me(and my team)?
