I'm a completely beginner with this awesome tools, and i would like to know if someome has created a character tools with the settings of MERP game. I'm not very good with programming, and after reviewing the forums, i don't know very well how to start...

I've not heard of a MERP game file. Look at the Adopters threads in this forum on how to edit the existing files by hand.
