Chartools documentation?

Is there any place that documents how to work Chartool? I looked on the Chartool main page, but it only talks about the menus. I have played with it, but seem unable to add powers, equipment, etc. to the character sheet.

To add feats, equipment, or powers, click the small "Add" button. It's in the upper right corner of each list, between where it says e.g. FEATS and the list of current feats you have.
