Hi to all the community

I'd like to make a setting for Pendragon.
I don't know anything about XML programming.

Is good will enough to make it, or does it require too much investment (ie, learning the XML language, and not only the basics) considering the prerequisites to reach a good result in an average time ?

Hi Spear,

Basic XML is very easy to learn and is all you should need for for creating the XML components of a game setting file for CT / IT. If you have ever done anything with HTML / XHTML then you will notice a lot of similarities and should be able to pick up XML fairly quickly.

Once you are happy with XML you should take a look at this thread http://forums.rptools.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4283 for info on the schema of the game setting files.

There is more to creating a game setting file though, including UI forms created in the Abeille form designer, and JavaScript, but you may be able to get help with these from the community.
