Show Handout Issue

I'm sure I'm just missing a small but imperative step here but I can't figure out how to get a token's handout to display the way it does in the TokenIntro tutorial by saving the .rptok file from CharacterTool. All I get is the ? image when I show the handout. I'm using MapTool 1.3.b53 and have tried most of the CharacterTool builds.

I looked through the forums for a while and haven't found the answer but I may have missed it. If so, please direct me to the correct topic!
