This is a Season 0 game of Pathfinder using Maptools and Voice chat.

Tier 1-2

You need to say 1pm which timezone (it is usual to use EST but you have to state it).

Can you post/message what time it starts in USNO clack? I live in a weird time zone and that would help a lot.
What voice chat do you use? Skype or some other system?
Do you (or the DM) allow character migration or will I need to roll a new sheet? If so what are the DM's rules for character builds?

Sorry if this is a lot to answer.

No worries,

Im unfamiliar with the USNO clock so I cant really help you there.

However in with the other questions, its a Society game so as long as your character is a legal society character in the proper Tier (level grouping) then its fine.
