Campaign macro buttons do not show up for player

Campaign macro buttons do not show up for player

The map loads, but there are no buttons in the campaign frame. Any idea what I can look at? I already checked the players setting- 1024 max memory and stack is set to 8, same as my computer.

Any help is appreciated

When starting the server there is a setting to share campaign macros.
