Maptools having trouble starting. v1.3. b88 & b89

Everytime I click the MapToolLauncher it gives me an error screen. I've included a link to what it looks like.

This error first occurred in b88 and I just thought maybe it had run it's course so I deleted in and downloaded and installed b89. And still get the same error.

Oddly enough though if I click the Executible Jar file option above it, it'll load right on up, but it doesn't give me the launcher settings window that the Launcher gives me. It's just odd, and I'm hoping this is just an easy fix.
