HOWTO: Install B91 and set up Shortcut

The included B91 launcher works really well, but you can't pin a .jar file to the Windows taskbar. I'll show you how to use a shortcut to do that. Also, some people are still having problems with installing, so I go through the entire process in a video to show how I do it.
I've included a configuration file to help in this process.
MapTool does require Java to be installed. I recommend Java 7 and the 64bit version for 64bit systems. The auto download app on Java always gives you the 32bit version of the latest release (Java 8). Links are included in the config zip below for Java 7 and 8 64bit.
