[FREQ] Token Transparency

I suspect that this would not be terribly difficult to implement given that we have transparency settings for states.

Essentially, I'd like to have a way to set the transparency of a token with a function.

Some possible uses:

1) To indicate invisible or concealed tokens.
2) To indicate spectral (ghosts, spirits, ethereal, astral, etc.) tokens.
3) To indicate dead tokens without having to constantly clean the battlefield up (it's nice having the bodies around, but it can get too cluttered).
