Separate OOC Chat Window/Channel

It doesn't need to necessarily be "OOC Only" but having chat "Channels" or "Rooms" that can blink when new chatter comes in and make sounds too would be great. Ideally it can help segregate group chats where groups of people might need to talk where another group can't see, or have OOC chat not clutter the action chat for RP oriented games.
