Can there be a preference for the server or client (Either or) to set the output for when someone receives initiative? Right now it is generic text "Player has received initiative." and in a sea of text it can be easily lost for people who play with just text chat.
Being able to set the size/color/boldness so it stands out would be appreciated.
RevenantBob has received initiative.

I agree that this would be a nice feature.RevenantBob wrote:Can there be a preference for the server or client (Either or) to set the output for when someone receives initiative? RevenantBob has received initiative.
But, in the meantime, you can disable the initiative notification in Preferences>Application>Initiative Defaults>Show Initiative Gain Message.
And then, you could advance Initiative using a macro and create your own custom Initiative Notification message.
Sample:
Code: Select all
[h: nextInitiative()]
[h: hasInitiative = getInitiativeToken()]
[h: broadcast("<font color = red size = 5><b>" + getName(hasInitiative) + " receives Initiative!</b></font>")]
