[1.3b56] Pinnable Templates

Currently I use the blast template to draw zones for powers which sometimes follow around a particular token. Right now I have to remove and redraw the template when the token moves. What I'd love to see is a way to declare a template as pinned to a token, so that it automatically redraws the template when the token moves.
