Restore Fog o War not working
On either an unbound or regular map, I can't replace the fog of war with a right click and drag, in fact it doesn't do a great deal other than move the map. I didn't actually have a server running at the time, just playing about with the features.

Build 96 had a huge change in the workings of the drawing tools (including fog of war), the announcement has some instructions:
