Unfortunately, there's no javascript to tweak it before going to next page which is where the problem on conversion lies.

So, it can be done. So, create a unique frame (so you can have multiple) with all the player names in dropdown and "chat" button... no textarea. That button will bring up input form for the text.

I don't know if this exist but also should be a good idea a comand to wisper to all players, not master.

It can be done, but there is no easy way, without the GM's permission and creating the macro, to know if a player is a GM or not.
