I'm having a weird issue with any of the versions since v86 in that when I set up my maptools server only 3 people beyond myself can log in. With 7 players this is problematic. Can anyone give me advice on this issue?

I doubt the problem is anything to do with Maptool. I regularly run b86 with 7 people connected. Its more likely some strange network effect. So any details about your environment?
