Is there a way to get Bars to show up below States?

Quick question, just trying to figure out if there's an easy way to get token property bars to show up beneath states.

I'm pretty sure that's hard coded that way. If you're having a problem with overlap I suggest changing states to 4x4 or whatever. I recently made that change and I rarely have more than 8 states.
