Status Bars

Can someone point me to some directions on how to add new status bars that display above or below the token? I have been all through the wiki, and examined the Campaign properties under the bar tab, but I can't figure out how to add a new one.

It looks pretty straight forward to me. Under Campaign Properties (Edit menu), there's a tab for bars. Type in a name, set the properties, and click Add. (There's two Add buttons. The one at the top looks like it's to add images, the one in the middle of all the buttons is to add the bar itself.) It then shows up on the right-click menu for tokens.
What version of MapTool are you using? I have no idea when this was added, but maybe your version predates it.
