Barbarians of Lemuria Framework

MapTool campaign files that encapsulate properties, tokens, and macros for a particular ruleset or game world. "Framework" is often abbreviated "FW".

I did it.^^

But I'm missing Arcane Power and a possibility to add Languages would be nice.

Edit: I'm also missing the possibility to add Boons and Flaws in the edit character section.

To anyone who uses this framework or is translating it, I made some significant changes and updates that I hope will be useful. The updates are described in the first post of this thread.

I didn't keep a list, but I think I can recall them. There are quite a few; it ended up being a pretty significant update.

On Lib:BoL
Updated:

Note: please ignore rfw.bol.horizDash and rfw.bol.vertDash; they were failed experiments that I forgot to remove! They can be removed from your framework. I'll take them out in the next update.

In Campaign Macros

Added:
* Quick Guide
* Reorient Dashboard

In general:
I made property set updates to both the Basic and Lib property sets, and updated the Icons tables, so you should reimport them.

Incidentally, I also experimented with removing all the existing weapons, armor, origins, careers, boons, and flaws and replacing them with homebrew stuff, and it seemed to work fine, so it's fairly robust for making homebrews on the backbone of Barbarians of Lemuria. I have not tried changing the names of the Attributes and Abilities yet; I think those are a bit more hardcoded into the system. I may look at making it totally flexible at some point, but today is not that day.

Sounds great, I will test it immediately. 8)

There are some things I'm still missing an option to add a career to the attack roll for special maneuvers, a penalty die for rolls where flaws are involved, Arcane Power and Languages. Besides from that it gets the job done.

Okay, you may be happy to hear this: I yanked the file and went through it to address the four items you mention, and added them in. It should now handle adding a career to attack rolls, handle boon and flaw dice correctly, do spellcasting and Arcane Power stuff, and let you add languages and indicate literacy (there are no built in controls on that - it won't limit you - but it will at least let you record languages).

Plus a bunch of other stuff. Details in the first post.

Thanks again Rumble. I've used the existing framework for Bol, Dow, Dicey Tales, and now BotA. It has been very useful.
