I have downloaded the file....where do I put it?

Okay a few thing here.

Your first question is answered this way. You can put the file where ever, as long as you remember where you put it.

#2 You open a Campaign in maptool and you go and find where you placed the file you downloaded.

Campaign and Frameworks are mostly synonymous with each other.

The last thing is you would have been better off putting this in the Veggisama framework thread as opposed to here in token tool which has nothing to do with the frameworks. Maybe one of the Admins can move it to the User creation area.
