As the web site download page states, some of the third-party libraries used by the tools are not Java 7 compatible. Downgrade to Java 6 and you should be fine.

Hello,

I see this is an old subject, and I have gone through the threads and read some of the fixes but none seem to work for me. I too have Windows 7 and have uninstalled Java 7 and reinstalled Java 6.39, uninstalled that and reinstalled 6.37, but TT will still not open for me. Is there something else I can try? I'm new to W7, and can't find where to bring up the old Command Prompt if this is one of the directions to go, so please tell me where this is if your direction goes there.

Thanks in advance!
