Feature Request: Export button

Post by snikle »

I hate menus. :D
Any chance of adding a big fat button under all the zoom ones that says create token/save token/export it/make a darn token! or something like that? allot easier than going to file and save token

ya ya, I know, I am lazy, but moving that mouse another 2.07 millimeters is killing me!

btw trevor, TT so freaking rocks!

Did you know you can drag and drop right from the preview window ?

You can drop it onto your desktop, or directly onto MT. Neat !

Some think he is the Great Coder promised in prophesy. Others say he was raised by computers and so speaks their language as his own. The truth is hidden from those of us who are mear mortals but all, save his enemies, are glad the all coding, all seeing Trevor is on the job.

Uhm, since the beginning ? :)

From the docs:

http://rptools.net/doku.php?id=tokentool:documentation

"Ctrl-E or File→Save to save your token as a PNG file (in your MapTool asset directory, of course). Or you can drag from the “preview” onto MapTool or your local filesystem directly." (emphasis added)

*Whew, dodged a "Our documentation sucks" bullet there !

Nice thing about the tools you make is that we really don't need to read instructions to use them. Who read the instructions? *shrug* ;)

If there are more hidden goodies like this though, I think I am going to start reading them! :)
