built in scaling

Post by rkathey »

It would be nice to have the tool scale an image (up or down) so that images fit more neatly into the tokenized circle.

Currently I use GIMP to scale the image, then save it only to find I need to scale it more(or less).

Regards,
rAk

TokenTool can zoom in/out by using the mousewheel.

Check out this: http://www.rptools.net/tokentool-doc.php for more documentation on the usage of TokenTool.

Sounds like another vote to have integrated help and howtos for each tool :)

it would be nice if maybe +/- scaled the overlay and maybe 1/2 could scale the art as well as the scroll wheel. Scaling the overlay would be much cleaner than scaling the art, because this only unfocuses the border, which is no big deal, rather than the art, which is. Perhaps this should even be assigned to the scroll wheel...

honestly, you're not bad. I took forever to learn anything at all about maptool. In the end, I had to read every post in the old forums to even start to get it, but now i'm hooked, so happy ending.

I like the idea of a +/-/= scale adjustment since that's what they do with maptool.

No mouse wheel ? Whoah. Hmmm.
