Feature request: extra ways to resize image, remove auto-resize on drop new image

As far as I can tell, there is only one way to resize an image, with the scroll wheel. If you don't have a scroll wheel on your mouse, you're SOL. Would like to see +/- buttons somewhere to click and a keystroke combo (CTRL+= (or CTRL++, whatever) and CTRL+- would be nice, as web browsers) as extra ways.

I tried resizing my images in GIMP, exporting, then dropping into TT. Cumbersome, but was working. Then I noticed that, apparently, if the image is small, TT resizes up to some minimum. So can't resize in TT, can't resize with another program. Very annoying. Please remove this behaviour.
