Opening/moving picture files

Post by Neutral Evil DM »

Okay, I'm stumped. I've modified pics in the super amazing graphics program I have been using for years and years (Paint) and saved images as .tif so as not to muddy the image. Now I can't seem to get the darn thing to jump into Token Tool the way it drags off of IE. I can't open the pics in IE and the Microsoft Image and Fax Viewer doesn't want to drop the pic over, and I can't just move the file out of an Explorer window. So how do the pros do it? :?:

No, wait! I promise I *do* know something...maybe sometimes.

Token Tool doesn't like .tif pics. I'm smrt. I just changed the file type and was able to make the token as usual.

tif is an older format, and Java doesn't handle it natively. Changing to PNG or low compression jpg would solve the problem. But sounds like you figured that out already :)
