Lost function, drag & drop Tokens

Post by PinkRose »

In the past, I could make a token in TokenTool and just drag it from the preview window right into Maptool. That way for one shot NPCs, there was no need to save them. It was nice and easy.
Now, I have to save the file and then drag them out of the library in MT.

I don't know if this is a TokenTool(1.0.b28) error or a MapTool(1.3.b53) error, or not an error at all and was an error before.

It's possibly an MT issue, do you get an error popup ?

Nope. Nothing happens.
I did find that I can drag the token from TokenTool to the desktop and then drag it from the desktop to MapTool. So not completely lost, just an extra step.

Hah I just watched the tutorial then wondered why I couldn't drag any tokens into Maptool! Now I know. :)

Yeas, with me it is happening exactly the same thing... Last week it worked perfectly, btw. The problem definitely is not memory, for I have allocated 1 Gb for MapTool (my machine has a total of 3.5 Gb)...
