Light effect on drag an image onto this pane window

Post by primarch »

Hi!

The main box where you drag images to make token has a "shine" effect in the upper left hand side of the circle with tends to make the image hard to see in this area. How do you remove this effect?

Yeah, those were a Good Idea that really stinks in practice. The problem is that they are built into the overlay. I'm going to be updating those to remove the sheen, but until I get to it, you can download and install other overlays from our gallery (Dorpond has some great ones), and use those instead.

Those are my fault, seemed a good idea at the time. When I get back to work I'll update them to remove the shine and get them to Trevor. Maybe Dorpond's range of overlays should go into the default set anyway, as mine are pretty dull.

Actually, I'd like to use the more basic colored token rings, only without the shine. I like the textured tokens for important characters, but it would be cool to be able to use the basic colored ones to denote background characters.
