Update, moving towards 1.0

With MapTool going into the final stages of 1.1, it frees me up to make some progress on TokenTool.

I plan to fix the "fudge" bug, tidy up the code a bit, replace the current overlays with higher resolution/quality ones (thanks AidyBaby and Dorpond!) then put it up as a Release Candidate for 1.0

This will most likely happen over the next week, barring any critical issues that come out of the MT Release Candidate.
