Add capability to view current software version

Per a similar recent InitiativeTool request, add a menu item of "Help/About" to display the current software version of the DiceTool program installed on my computer, so that I can make sure that my PC has the latest version.

Thanks for the suggestion.

We are preparing for a 1.0 release of DiceTool... I will make sure this gets in there before that release.
