Caster Level and Active Mods

Now that Plothos and Wrathgons Spell Managers properties are added into the base campaign, would it be possible to check for a Caster Level and change the MiscDmg modifier if the Caster Level is a Mod of 5? i.e. Sorcerer 1 +1, Sorcerer 5 +2, Sorcerer 10 +3... I am trying to code up Arcane Strike Feat for Pathfinder.
